BEWARE OF THE TELSCAPE SALES FORCE SCAM SELLING LIFELINE PHONES. 

I worked for over a month on a program that I thought would be amazing, I was hired to recruite and help build sales teams across CA for Telscape. I and my team were promised pay every 2 weeks. We were also promised to be paid on our approved orders. 

The first pay did not come for over 30 days and was only a small fraction of what we input.. I was told that most of our orders had been declined because they could not read the proof. I was given a song and dance as were my staff. By this time we had so many orders in their system that we were afraid to quit or we would not get paid for those. So we cut our hours back but still worked. The pay started at $4 per phone. When we threatened to quit because of all the orders not paid they gave us a raise to $8.50.

I should just slap a dumb a** sticker on my head as I thought well maybe we did something wrong. As the saying goes greed makes fools of us all. So we continued hoping for a different outcome. Sam Johnson one of the managers was very convincing and so were his leaders. They said they would go to bat for us and maybe even get us the money on the next check. The next check did not come for 3 week. and so many unpaid orders it created a mutiny for me any my team. 

To make a long story short Telscape and there partner sales company were real long on promises but totally lacking on the truth. End result we worked for several months and made almost nothing. I do not know how they get away with this scam. The one thing we found as we started talking to people is that they scammed everyone. I hear of companies that were owed tens of thousands of dollars by these clowns and were not paid a dime. They said they had to hold back money for charge backs of phones that never were uses. Please explain to me when you send a person a free phone why they wouldnt use it even once. 

End result Telscape makes a ton of money on the backs of people almost homeless who thought they found they dream job only to find a nightmare of a company that doesnt pay their people an when they do its only a small fraction of what they promise. Telscape hides behind the fact that they hire outside companies to pay the people. So they can wash their hands when no one gets their money. I have heard they changed their name. My advice is simple. If they dont pay you within a week of your  first order run. Dont do what we did and almost end up homesles from their scamming and worthless rpomises. They could have offered us a $100 per phone sale but when they dont pay it dont matter.
