Aug 2006. Following the instructions in a letter from the Department of Children & Families (DCF) KidCare Program in Tallahassee Florida, we called Evelina McMillan - Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist - at (888) 671-8035. The voice mail recording said to "Call 10-15-15-800 for more information about the number you are calling. We assume that DCF misprinted this phone number and did not intend for us (and others) to fall victim to this scam by Calling10.com

Shortly thereafter, our Verizon phone bill arrives with numerous calls to 10-15-15-800 being billed at $5.52 EACH plus $1.65 "carrier admin fee" plus tax for a total of $24.32

We have since filed a complaint at "www.FCC.gov" and "www.FTC.gov" and plan to refute the bogus charges with Verizon DESPITE their bill's claim to disown the charges and the responsibility to offer customer care support for such fradulent charges.

Performing a Google search for "TelSeven scam" will reveal many similar stories from recent victims (June - Aug 2006).

A more exhaustive search revealed that OAN, TelSeven LLC, Calling10.com, Sbureau.com (Service Bureau LLC) are one in the same company SCAM. Some of their phone numbers are:
