On August 21st I purchase a Zen Cart template for my online shop from templatemonster.com. After following the installation instructions to a tee, I was displeased to see that it didn't work at all.

Prior to purchasing the ZenCart template, I contacted pre-sales to ask them:

1. Why doesn't the sample zen-cart template work that you provide on your site.
2. Why are there hundreds of affiliate sites selling the same templates.
3. Why don't I ever see these templates in the real-world.
4. Will you guarantee that the product will work if I meet the requirements?

I let them know that I was very weary about purchasing the template and they assured me that it would be fine. After 2 hours of online chat and a demand to refund my money, I receive no response. The customer service phone number that they gave me has a voice mailbox that is full.

I believe this is a fraudulent company ripping off designers and customers alike. I want my money back for something I never received.
