I looked at my online bank statement and found a $9.87 charge from TemplateGlobus.com, dated 1/25/08, and knew I hadn't purchased anything from them.

I found their website and emailed them about it. They sent me the same email others have referred to, saying someone had gotten my credit card info and opened an account with them, and that my charge would be refunded.

Today, 2/1/08, I looked at my bank statement again, and the charge has been refunded.
