My incident is very much the same as Ripoff Report #303588. The second email from the company was from "MICHAEL ALLISON" The first email was address from Eric Robertson
(210) 807-4272.
In my case I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge, this was done as soon as I found the charge on my credit card on-line statement of recent activity. By checking this every few days, I know well in advance of the billing cycle of any unauthorized charges to my account.
I suspect that this company is making a lot of money off of individuals that don't look at their statements closely. Think of it, $9.87, times tens of thousands and you can see this is a very profitable scam.
Google either the e-mail address or the phone number and you will get lots of other victims from this same company. I hope someone in our government takes them on.
