We are absolutely not liers but we proposed you something you agreed: we have done a recast for you, and if you dont have any result after 9 months, even though there was a recast, you will be refunded. We told you that in January and said "7 months from now" because your spell was ordered in November.
November 16, 2008 to be precise. That makes your refund accessible on August 16, 2009.
A spell sometimes needs time before it works, that's why we have such a long delay mentionned.
