TEMPLETON GROUP, CHRIS KOZAK, BARBARA M AND ALBERT KALSTEIN TOOK $4000 AND LIED TO US ABOUT LOAN MODIFICATION WESTBURY New York

 Chris Kozak came to our home 6 months ago and promised us the sun the moon and the stars. He was going to help lower our home loan and lower our mortage payment through a progam from Obama called the HAMP program.  He took $4000 from us and said within 6 months we would be paying a lower monthly payment or they would refund our money. I kept in close contact with CHRIS KOZAK thru texts and phone calls with him ALWAYS reassuring me that everything was in the works.  Well it's 6 months later and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! My husband and I showed up at the so called "office" the girl who answered the door which by the way was bolted shut, was wearing slippers and carrying a dog. I knew right then and there it was  a BIG SCAM! We met with BARBARA M who assured us that everything was in the works.  When we asked to see our file, she shuffled the paperwork that was filled out by us 6 months previously with that slime bag CHRIS KOZAK. I asked her to please show us the progress they have made with the bank, and she claimed it was all phone calls and they didn't record anything.  I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode and she was working on the Pensky file with George Costanza. In other words NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. We just found out that both CHRIS KOZAK AND BARBARA M do not work for the Templeton Group any longer. I PROMISE I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO BRING THESE TWO AND THE TEMPLETON GROUP DOWN.
