I ordered a fitness abs trainer from tempthing store, I found out about them on a advertisement on instagram. so I thought I’ll order a ads trainer which they was advertising but after I ordered one. my order took almost three months to arrive, and took a whole to process to be shipped. I noticed after that refund policy is a scam that only offer refunds in a 30 day period. When they know they shipping states it takes 3-5weeks to deliver. After I had received the item I ordered it stopped working the day after and when I requested a refund. They completely ignored my request and said we are processing a replacement for you. That was a month ago and I’m still waiting. I emailed them again and they said it takes 3-5weeks which have already past.
