Tempur-Pedic Mattress Mattress doesn't live up to the price tag and the company doesn't respond to warranty claims Lexington, Kentucky

This bed is far from worth the price paid for it. My husband and I wake up daily with back, neck, and shoulder pain. 

I will admit that the bed was great when we first purchased it. However, as time pasted on (way before the 20 year warranty) it was hard to get comfortable before actually falling asleep. Then it got to the point that neither of us get a good nights sleep (the brand guarantees that customers will get the best sleep ever). Now its to the point that I wake up with neck and shoulder pain constantly and my husband wakes up with back pain daily. My husbands spine is all messed up which causes the back pain. After the chiropractor reviewed his back the first question out of the doctors mouth was, do you have a memory foam mattress? It is sad that a company would promote such a mattress when Chiropractors know they arent good for the human back. 

I processed my claim over 2 weeks ago and I am yet to get any kind of response. I dont even want a new Tempu-Pedic mattress if and when the company decides to respond to my claim. 

I went and laid on the new mattresses  that took my styles place and none of them were comfortable at all. I just want my money back to put towards a new bed/brand.

I trusted the company - Temper-pedic and spent a lot of money to later be disappointed.  I warn everyone- please do your research before dropping this kind of money on a bed.  This bed should last a life time according to its price tag.
