Tender Deep Cleaning Service SCAM! FRAUD!! STOLE FROM MY CONDO!!! Orlando Florida

I am an employee of Ms. Valerie's company and was with her both times she went to the apartment. When we arrived, the client's fiance was not there to meet us. Also, because the condo is downtown Ms. Valerie was charged for parking and the charge was more than what the client's fiance orginally stated. Being that the client's fiance was not there when we arrived, we had to figure out on our own how to get to her condo in the highriser and origionally got lost once we did enter the building. Also, the client's fiance did not inform Ms. Valerie that the lights and electricity would be turned off, thus although we had a vacumm we were not able to properly clean the carpet. This is a very important aspect to cleaning because how can your condo look clean if the carpet isn't finished? Yes, there were two cabinets that weren't cleaned out and were mistakenly missed which is why Ms. Valerie went back the very next day to fix this situation. Again the client's fiance  wasn't there to check out the condo when we left, just as she was not there to inspect the condo when we left the first time we cleaned. Usually we never miss a spot and this was a mistake, that was fixed. Again the only light we had were from the windows, however in the bathrooms there was barely enough light to clean. If we had known there wouldn't be any electricity we would have brung flashights to clean with.  Normally when we clean a place we are informed of everything before starting so that we will know what we are working with.The client only paid $78 for our services, not $90. Also, Ms. Valerie left a money order at the front desk to pay for the product that was used. And the client's fiance's comment was taken off of thumbtack because she did not hire Ms. Valerie, her partner did. And the post on thumbtack by our client's fiance was thus illegitimate being that she is not a member of thumbtack, her partner is. Thumbtack is a reputable company trusted by many professionals and doesn't allow any service providers to post their own reviews of their company. That would be irresponsible. All reviews come from clients who have used our service. Also, it is important for clients to inform service providers of everything before coming to clean their home or commercial space.
