Tennessee lottery I was ripped off by Tn lottery for $500 nashville Tennessee

 I purchased a scratch off from a gas station on Guys tn early April scratch it off seen i was a winner went in to the store where i purchased it and was told by the cashier this is ticket is not valid i ask why, they said it shows to be paid out i said how is that when i purchased the tickets from you she said im not sure call tn lottery and talk with them, and i did was told to mail ticket priority mail to them

after i recive a claim form for them i did they told me to make a copy of my ticket and keep for my records and i did now over 5 1/2 weeks later i get a letter saying im sorry ticket was cashed in at a town call ramer never heard of that my self didnt even get my ticket back they kept it, didnt offer me nothing except contact the store this is a rip off why keep my ticket if it was no good none of this adds up at all.
