Tepperman's Furniture Company No HELP from teppermans customer care! Windsor Ontario

Situation with Teppermans,
I have purchased a classic Mission style dinning set from Teppermans in Jan 2008. It was on back order and I just received it Feb 28 2008. I went to get my mail and seen that Teppermans sent a flyer out. I noticed that my dinning table was in there. The promotion was: buy the 5 piece dinning set for $698.00 and receive 2 bonus matching chairs. So I called Teppermans and talked to a lady at the switch board center. She was really nice and said she would leave a message with the lady who sold me the dinning set and that she would talk to the manager and see what they could do. I said thanks.

The lady who sold the set to me was suppose to call me back Wednesday but she didn't so I called back again. The sales person said that her shift was done and her boss was on the phone and she would call me back tomorrow. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The sales lady called be back on thursday and left a rude message on my answering machine. She said sorry my boss said no we will not give you the chairs, your purchase was not with in 30 days. SORRY! So I called back and spoke to a customer care agent and she told the manager what happened and asked him again if he would give me the chairs and the manager said no again.

I work in sales and if a customer had a bad experience in my store I would do anything in my power to keep her satisfied so she would come back. But this company obviously doesn't care about there customers. I understand about return and adjustment policies however you are always able to make exceptions to keep your customers happy. So Teppermans are willing to help you until your money is in there register. Then your on your own. This was all over 2 chairs to match my dinning set. WOW! You just lost my business. BUYER BEWARE!!
