Teresa Colbert or Chase Johnson; United Financial Urgent matter to pay for a loan that I never took out 3 years ago. Atlanta Georgia

 So, I received a VM yesterday morning from an unknown phone number (***-***-****), a Teresa Colbert said to call them immediately since my name and SS# were involved in a transaction that was under investigation. I decided to call them back and someone by the name of Chase Johnson told me to listen carefully, he simply said to me that I supposedly took out a loan back in 2013 from a CashAdvanceAmerica, which I definitely don't recall ever to take a loan out from them. He then went on to scare me that if I didn't pay the agreed settlement ($973.72), he was going to proceed and process me, get the Police and pick me up (under arrest). Which at that point I did get a bit worried. My next step was to buy some time and get the help, maybe research to see if this was an scam. I got them to fix a plan in two payments, they transfer me to another department/company (United Financial) that gave me the payment information to a MoneyGram account. This in when it clicked and thought this potentially could be some scam artist(s). I then called my wife, relatives, and fortunately a company/law firm (Progressive Debt Relief) that I'm currently working with and they adviced me to not answer any more calls from them; this could be a scam call or even an attempt of fraud, maybe an identity theaf. If I do answer any of those times, I can just let them know to give me a "Validation of the Debt" to assure me and others that this is a real debt or company. I can then proceed to report it. They eventually keep calling me...but, not answering of course.
