From exposing their acts to all related State and Federal Agencies and the web our family have never lived in peace, rather someone out there wants us to rest in peace. Our home have been burglarized numerous times yet only files were stolen (paperwork relevant to Ms. Rispoli's dealings with us) nothing of value was taken. Even our family pet wasn't spared- her chest was slashed...
All these unfortunate events do nothing but give us the strength to go on.

Rebuttal to Rip Off Report against Joseph Conlin and Teresa Rispoli

This is a rebuttal to any rip off reports you may have read against Teresa Rispoli and Joseph Conlin, III.
All of the allegations posted are completely untrue and criminally fraudulant! They were made by one of our residential renters so they could stop paying rent and live in one of our houses for free!
We filed a lawsuit against the couple who were hired by our renter to make these defammatory statements against us.
Judge Rogers of the Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles issued a 7 page Judgement against these slanderous people in favor of our lawsuit stating
"Based on evidence submitted to the Court, the Court finds by clear and convincing evidence that the Defendants Robert Tapia and Karina Tapia engaged in defamatory conduct constituting libel per se, and in so doing acted towards plaintiff Teresa Rispoli with malace, oppression, and fraud."
Please read the attached Defamation Judgement Case # MC020971 Signed by Judge Rogers April 29, 2011 where as Plaintiff Teresa Rrispoli won against Robert Tapia, et al $5,000,000. punitive damages and ordered and adjudeged judgement that plaintiff Teresa Rispoli shall recover from defendants Robert Tapia and Karina Tapia jointly and severally the sum of $2,000,725. Clearly this Judgement proves we were innocent.
Unfortunately, this does not protect us in the real world when doing business there are people who take advantage of the system. As an individuals we have always conducted ourselves ethically and morraly in all circumstances. We are christians and take great pride in everything that we do and with everyone we come in contact with.
