Shame on me for not reading thehorrible reviews about this deceptive company. I called them to come in to clean my home after getting out of the hospital for heart surgery. The woman assured me it would not take note than three hours. I assumed at least another hour because they probably underestimate to get them in your home.
After three hours the two people had t even finished the upstairs three bedrooms which no one uses, one that doesn't even have furniture. That leaves a master and a small bathroom. Three hours ? Really. I told the cleaners I was concerned at how long it was taking and she said it would be at most another one to two hours. To do a den, dining room, kitchen, and living room. I told them not to do office and basement. I Had to leave for a dr appointment and the girl told me they would be gone by the time j got back. I would hope so I was gone two and a half hours. They were finally done after over six hours. How can you misjudge by 100%. I asked them to get Managment on the phone I do not expect to get free and was willing to pay reasonable four hours. Right away mellonie had an attitude and then told me too bad she had my credit card number and would charge whatever she wanted. Apparently they are used to customer complaints. They left my den a mess, didn't wash the floor in mudroom left furniture in disarray.
Don't ever use the people. The girl that was here even acknowledged I had asked about the time. I was told too bad she misjudged. I asked her how long she had been working for this company she says three weeks. I have already called my credit card company and consumer affairs. Do not use this company. What a shame there are such unethical people in this world. They could have had a customer instead I am going to do everything possible to make sure they lose as many as possible. i have photos of how they left my den and the cobwebs on the ceilings and the floor they didn't clean. These people shouldn't be running a business. Melanie has no customer service skills at all. Too bad they have these young girls wirking for such an unscrupulous company.
