I had the joy of dealing with Teri Davidson a real estate broker with Associate Realty in Brantford, Canada. What an extremely unproffesional person, uyou would think running her own bussiness she would know the rules of bussiness, BEWARE. You piss her off, you will pay!  She comes off as a wonderful, caring real estate broker, but beware. My dealings with her have been horrible. I am so stressed, as this woman, not getting her way, will go out of her way to email stalk you, destroy your bussiness on the internet, and just make your life a living hell. I would be very leary of getting involved with her, whether being real estate deals or any other contract deals with her. BREEDERS BEWARE!!! (NOTE to Breeders) She wants full breeding rights without paying extra. She plans on breeding, yet twists the truth, and says maybe I will just have one litter. Anything for a buck with this woman. She does not go the legal route, she just takes matters into her own hands, and slanders you. I sold her a dog, a puppy. She says  it is sick, she has owned it for over a year yet has never contacted me by phone o email until a week ago. I did everything I could to please her to no avail. So now she is slandering my entire kennel. I have had dogs tested, at Clemson University and she doesn't like the fact they came back as non carriers, and it is environmental. I offered to replace her pup, and she could keep her dog per our contract. Not good enough for her. She does not live up to a contract. Which being a realtor, she knows what contracts are. So if you sign a contract with her, beware..she does not honor them. If she did, she would have taken me to court like SHE stated. I would have won, that pissed her off so here she is on RIPOFF trying to slander my bussiness. Well what goes around, comes around. She also could have gone to the BBB which would have settled the dispute with a mediator, she wouldn't do that either. She through a temper tantrum and stormed off to PISSEDOFF.com  I guess she doesn't realize some things you can't take back. I would be happy to deal with Teri through the BBB, or the legal route of court. If the BBB felt I did something wrong I would take care of it. However, I lived up to my contract, offered her everything my contract states, and she threw a fit!!

This woman is crazy! There is no talking to her. As a matter of fact she has NEVER contacted me by phone to discuss, the pup just sends nasty, threatning emails baiting me. Then to top it off, when I told her the parents were negative, she had the nuts to say "maybe these are not even the parents?" I told her send the DNA to AKC which again she refused to do. As all our dogs have their DNA on file. Easy to prove who the parents are, it is just a cheek swab. This again shows she is just out to make people lives miserable.
