On Monday, August 7, 2006 between the hour of 1:00 P.M & 1:20 P.M. A Terminex truck entered into my back yard un-announce, by-passed my front door, drove the truck directly into my back yard as if the driver lived here. The driver ran over a puppy and killed it. So, I've been back and forward since August 7, 2006 about someone paying for the puppy. I found out today August 11, 2006, that they feel like they are not responsible for the death of the puppy or may I say my property
