This individual asked, begged and pleaded me to lend him$15,000 to in invest into his dilapidated house that his mother gave to him. This house was in not condition to live in and he expressed that he didnt have and help or support to get the house fixed. He explained to me that he wanted me to lend him the money and in three months the project would be complete, and he was to apply to refinance the house. He was going to repay me and compensate me $5000 for helping out. I didnt have the cash but maxed all of my credit cards out to get this money for this person and my life has been a nightmare since. This loan occured in February of 2007. It is now 2011, and you can only imagine what the interest rate is on cash advances, late fees, etc. I have trying my hardest to repay this money back to the cc companies. Mr. Hill has been negligent on the agreement that we made and has just recently taken money to start a business and maintain a lifestyle that is not realistic. In the meantime, Im on the verge of getting evicted, I lost my job due to stressing about this issue, lost my excellent credit standing , and dont have any savings because eveything I did have I gave to the cc compainies.

Terrance Hill begged and pleaded me to lend him money to invest into a house his mother gave him. the house was not in living condition and he did not have to money to fix it so he asked me like I was the last person on earth. He stated that he wanted to fix the house so that he could apply for a refinance loan on the house. he explained that the project would take three months and he would apply for the loan immediately after that. He promised to repay me and also give me a $5000 incentive for supporting him. I didnt have access to the cash that he needed so I took out cash advances on my credit cards to get the money. The interest rate and the fees included for cash advances was his responsibilty also. Three months after the initial loan, the project was not complete, but of course the bills were coming in the month afterwards. I had never had an overhead like this in my life, and there was pressure because he didnt have the money to pay the bills. I used my complete paycheck from working to pay these bills. Somethimes they were late, just because I didnt have them in time, so of course the interest rates went up, and there were late fees. I struggled but tried so hard to pay this debt off because he refused to do so until the day I lost my job. i was so stressed out about this, I was discharged after 10 years of being there. As of today, I don't have a job (its hard to find one, and most do credit checks), I dont have a source of income, and my credit has been destroyed and went into default. I am about to get evicted while this person is still living his life a little above average because he's probably scamming his next victim. This person has destroyed my life, literally...
