This pertains to the after affects after being evicted from her Eastlake residence and leaving that area to the Dresden residence where she again left  prior to a hearing that was scheduled for March 2, 2010

According to Eastlake Police Department Terri Cotton had prior to the above case refrence been evicted from the 867 Quentin Rd address. And sometime during the forcible detainer hearing or there after Terri Cotton left her dogs in the residence she had been evicted from. The dog warden had been called for removal of those pets as abandoned after a neighbor alerted the Eastlake Police Department the dogs were in the residence and no-one had been around.

Now on to rebutting Terir Cottons claims she posted as a rebuttal.

Terri Cotton posted marijuana was found in the rental she lived in trying to make it look like her landlord was a law breaker. In fact if she had found any such items there would have been an investigation along with an arrest. Something I can assure you is not in place nor has it ever been in place.

The fact is the landlord had plenty of witnesses as to how the rental was dealt with prior to her moving into it while remodeling was in place. Register ducts were cleaned out due to it being winter and dust build up from the summer and fall months and ducts were repaired as well affixed appropriately with those witnesses present.

Her landlord also has a job that pays well as he is a Union worker. He could not have obtained a loan to buy a new home if he had no job now could he? Nor because he is always on randoms ever pass his jobs requirements with urine specimens every time they pull one. If he ever failed his tests he would not have a job and since he does well Terri Cottons calims are highly incorrect about him. Others she has accused have offered tot ake one as well knowing they to would pass. They even requested to be tested by their doctor after her false allegations.

She claims lunatic matters for those she has no idea what their lifes accomplishments have been. You do not get a proclamation twice from officials if your nuts, but rather do get them when you work hard for them by helping your community and others.

Yes everyone has a past and her landlord as well as his other have never denied their past experiences. However they both have learned from them and worked hard in changing their life around in positive manners that reflect so within the community they have STRONG ties in.

As a matter of fact neither have had any law enforcement problems since changing their lives. And any he rlandlor dhad was prior to his relationship he now is in years ago. As is the same for his other.

Something Terri Cotton can not claim on this site or any other.

Her so called fiance or boyfriend Thomas M Kosarik is in Cleveland Jail.

It should also be noted Terri Cotton knew of his capias for Cleveland Ohio as well as Willoughby Ohio, moved him from one location to another several times knowing it, and helped him violate a judges order handed down 9/14/09 of no contact with either her or her children as well as the pets in Cleveland Court Case No: 2009 CRB 032132.

If anyone has something or to much on their plates, well it surely looks like it is this ex-tenant Terri Cotton.

Her calims are she attempted to pay rent, yet as many times as she saw her landlord no monies were ever offered.

In fact Terri Cotton paid more monies out to have a vehicle she has no operators for nor owns from it being wrecked several times. The last time resulted in officials having it towed from where it had been left for days.

She'll also claim a septic issue when it is sited with the Health Department a blockage issue in the tenants plumbing line. Also it should be noted the Health Department gave a recorded event as well as a letter on the issues Terri Cotton would write about to others as the landlord did all they required of him to do upon their request in this matter.

You know the old saying to assume makes an a$$ out of one.

Well Terri does alot of assuming about others whose plates are very much after years of hard work clean.

She has no clue about a solid relationship as she shows in her post with fabrications towards others. How could she after being abused by Mr. Thomas M Kosarik for years?

And thats not cutting on her but rather making a clear precise evaluation of her.

She has no regard for being a law abiding citizen otherwise there would be no warrants or current cases pending, no responsibilities does she take for paying her bills when payment is due as her eviction records clearly show that, nor is she capable of decision making for the good of others as a police log shows her son was left in a car where he sited he had been since the day prior and she recanted his statement by saying it was only a few hours when law enforcement contacted her.

 However her boyfriend/fiance Thomas M Kosarik left her son in a snow storm in that vehicle when he drove in the night off the road in a level 2 and returned home the next morning without her son after a deputy picked him (Thomas M Kosarik) up that morning on State Route 60. Her son made it home at 1 p.m the following afternoon after a tow truck towed the vehicle again neither had a operators to drive 

I say that because she has clearly showed you who will read her rebuttal just how unstable she is as have I now.

Terri Cotton also failed to pay rent to a Rent A Vision Center as well as failed to call them and inform them she no longer was at the rental. This almost led to her arrest as she at first gave them the wrong landlords name when renting not to mention a sob story from hell.

It should be noted when they contacted the landlord about her they most certainly were ready to file charges of theft. However because they contacted the landlord and arrangements were made to pick up their property after he delivered the fridge to them from the rental her butt was saved from having charges.

Now for those whom read this Terri Cottons rental agreement clearly stated pets were to be out side over 6 pnds, no-one could live on or in the property rental without written permission of the landlord/landowner, rent was to be paid to the landlord/landowner no later than the 5th of every month, and only those on the rent agreement would be living there of whom were herself and three children, no guest past 14 days.

That is where we come to how did she violate the terms:

1. She failed to pay rent in a resonable time as required

2. She sublet to Thomas M Kosarik per his own video taped addmission

3. Her dogs in the rental were per her rebuttal clearly tell you they were over 6 pnds

4. Her guest was not a guest but a failed add on to the agreement.

There is no working things out with this ex-tenant she is a retalitory and angry individual.

However it does give you the landlord to be a clear insight for what you yourself are in for if thinking of renting to her and or have to go into the eviction process of her what you will contend with.

My advice to Teri Cotton is work on getting your life together, stop being so unproductive, and grow up.

After all you have children to think of and surely you don't want them to think they or that life is actually this way that they should be the same way. Because Terri Cotton it is not how life is.

People who own property own it because they worked hard to own it.

They pay their bills on time.

And they keep a job by going to work on time, doing what is required to keep that job, and they don't intentionally try to hurt others out of spite.
