I am so sorry if you are reading this after signing your lease. I only wish I had done more background check on this company before getting mistreated and abused by this company. I too have reported many repairs time after time after time after time called them in emailed them in send a letter went into the office .Same story every time would set it up and weeks and weeks and weeks nothing the owners promised the manager promised the office clerk promised the handy man promised and after they have your money you can forget it. No heat -they say you are a cry baby, no air- they say it was working, water pipes flooding they couldn't find the leak and bathroom floor covered in water , floors rotten and falling in when walking on - you should walk around the holes for your own safety I was told and 6 weeks still no repairs - elec. plugs fallen out of wall just needs a screw lazy I was told- I also found out that I am paying over the market price on my rental from them. Stair case steps rotten and fell down when broke thur while the handy man watched me fall...I have pics of all this...couldn't walk whole leg was solid black have pics...They come to repair a couple days later and the repair job put the rotten step back and put in 30 nails not replace with solid wood...when you walk up them you pray they don't give way. Everything has been reported to them so many times over and over....They lie right to your face. I feel bad because owner told me that none of his staff has ever been trained. But enough we are the ones getting ripped off and screwed badly I can't do anything I was told if I called local codes I would be evicted because codes would shut building due to unsafe living they keep telling me that when the handy man has some free time who has been here 3 times with no repairs made but they make sure they cash that rent check first. I have contacted a lawyer who states I have a winning case but also told me to be prepared to get evicted and I have no place to move to at the time until case is completed so I hope this helps you and I only wish I had been told before this nightmare started...No one should have to deal with this treatment went paying such high rent and deposits. Take the word of about 25 cases that I have run across sadly everyone is pissed so they don't know where to file and the cases are with many websites so you have to go from site to site to read many but after so many they are all the same . They take your money and tell you everything will be taken care of and once they have your money they then treat you like trash and make you live in it. Good Luck everyone
