Terry Pruitt bought a local frozen yogurt shop in Fort Worth Texas, called TCBY. It was only open for a few months. He employed mostly young kids, later to find out, it was to take advantage of them. Within the few months that the shop was open, he paid his employees late, refused to give them pay check stubs, and then eventually stopped paying them all together. He sent out a group text, saying that the store was closed for a few days while he negotiated the rent with the property owner, because they wanted to raise it several thousand dollars. Within the next few days, when nobody was paid for the hours they worked, he sent out another text saying he was in the hospital and whenever he got out, payroll would be done. He then said his partner was also in the hospital, then his partner was out but had s drinking problem and couldn’t be trusted with the employees money.

This went on for weeks. Then it turned into a month. Terry has gave excuse after excuse as to why he can’t pay his employees. The yogurt shop has still not reopened. After hearing his bizarre stories as to why he couldn’t pay his employees they began looking him up online. Terry Pruitt has been doing this for years, all over the United States. Tennessee, Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, to name a few states. He travels around, opens a business, doesn’t pay the vendors, the owners, or his employees, and then takes off. He has felony charges in several states. He has been texting his employees saying the people who don’t bash his name will get a bonus whenever he comes up with the money to pay everyone, and everyone who has spoke up about his convictions and his history will have to deal with "karma”.
