Terry Pruitt Of Cinfully Delicious, Cinnfully Delicious Or Terry's Walk In Closet, Terry's Walk-In Closet... BEWARE!! Doesnt pay his employees and writes bad checks.. East Ridge, Tennessee

I as well as 7 other employees worked for Terry Pruitt, owner of Terry's Walk In Closet. After the store was evicted from the 6025 East Brainerd Rd location in Chattanooga, TN, Terry Pruitt moved the store to 4109 Ringgold Rd in East Ridge, TN.  Terry also currently owns Cinnfully Delicious inside Northgate Mall in Chattanooga. Terry is known for writing bad checks in the $1000's and to multiple businesses.

Also, there are a number of employees to inlcude myself that Terry owes a final check to. He has been contacted by all of the employees, consignees and vendors about payment. The only thing he gives in return is rubish and excuses.  Any normal citizen would be arrested and jailed for an extent amount of time for what Terry is getting away with.

Terry was in "Busted Magazine" for passing a bad check to Signarama back in June or July. He was arrested at the East Brainerd Rd location during business hours. He used company funds to have his roommate bail him out the next day.

It is my understanding that even though he has posted a letter that has already been updated once already about payment, he truly has no intention of paying his employees and consignees for what they are owed. I would not be surprised if he packed up and left and moved to another city.  

BEWARE doing business with this man. He has a REALLY bad reputation both here in Chattanooga as well as Reynoldsburg, OH.   He has to be stopped!
