Terry Shaver Pontiac ripoff-lied about finance then lease terms then payoff Highland Indiana

I purchased a 2001 grand am se1 back in january 2001. I said I did not want to lease a vehicle, it was not something I was interested in. They said fine. I would be financing anyway. When it was all said and done the dealer, sean gaines, said the got me done, come in and sign the paperwork. I asked if this was a 60 month loan, I wasa told yes, come to find out, as i was buying a house a few months later, it is a lease, a 60 month lease at 450.67 a month.

They said there was nothing I could do about it I signed the paperwork, they siad since I am stuck with it no matter what, that this would be a better option for me anyway. they said it was sign and drive all the way through my lease, lies, lies,lies, the same 3/36000 applied to me, now i said I did not want a lease because I drive everywhere, the mileage limit would not work. so as problems happened it was my responsibility, for a car I will never own.

They went on to tell me that at the bottom of the lease paperwork there is a dollar amount of 8936.00 that is the Guaranteed amount" that I will get for the car after my lease is paid so I can trade it in and get that amount for the car towards a purchase of a new car..my a*s..that is the amount I still owe at the end of this lease that I still have to finance, after my lease is paid off it is a total of 27,037.8 and now an additional 9000.00 for a total of 35973.80 the d**n car listed out at 20,000.

I cannot even trade the vehicle in because now I am considered upside down 8900 dollars. I had it in for brakes after I bought it, they said nothing was wrong, I have replaced the brakes 8 time in the front end. this car is only worth 4500 at best in the blue book.
