What's in a name?

"My credits will not transfer to the community college. "
Of course they won't. What you described is not college (even though these institutions now like to call themselves colleges). A trade school is not a college and a certificate is not a degree.
" I attempted to call the college to retest for the Certification test and no one returned my call. "
Here's where you lost me. You said earlier in your post that you had your certificate. Why would you want to retest for something you've already passed?
" The college didn't help me find a job in my field. "
That rarely happens with these types of schools. All they promise is assistance in finding a job. Assistance can be anything from actively locating openings to pointing you to monster.com, but the bottom line is that they are not responsible for finding you a job.
"I have to pay for the education I received. "
Of course you do.
" I do not have a job to pay for the college as of today. "
That's really up to you. Even at real colleges, more than 40% of graduates do not get employment in the field in which they got a degree.
