After reading the glowing reviews of this product I decided to try it, even though it was expensive. I recieved the product and used it EXACTLY to the letter as the instructions stated, I didn't do ANYTHING the instructions said not to do. After using it I am still failing every test. This product is a scam perpetrated by people who prey on other people who are desperate, and due to their desperation are willing to pay the money that this product costs. Believe me when I say do not use this product, I would not recommend this for anyone. And don't even try to get your money back from these people if you fail too, because they will basically tell you that it's your own fault and will not refund you a single penny. COMPLETE SCAM, BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We are so sorry to hear of your experience with the detox program. It is true that detox programs are not magic potion that guarantees everyone will pass the first time, everytime. Detoxing is a difficult process and there are many factors involved regarding your history and personal make up. Typically, when this happens, we usually give a huge discount for further detox when it is required. Even though we offer that, the customer is still free and able to seek a refund from the manufacturer. The requirements are simple are right on the main container for a refund: Barcodes from the detox, Proof of Purchase and Proof of Failure. A lot of people send in their pee stick testers. Not only is that a biohazard, unsafe, it should not be sent in the regular mail exposing those biohazards to the employees of USPS. Also, they are not an official test result.
We also notice that you didn't use your name so we have no idea what your history is with us, but we invite you to come back, and give us a chance to make it up to you.
