I purchased a product and after first time failure they said the package is updated and this time it's correct but I trusted them again and failed again. When I asked them for refund they replied:

Please go through the guarantee policy: Any Exam failures that occur before or after 2 weeks of purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee.

Then I asked them "when can I have my exam to be eligible and it's nonsense" they replied:

And?

Just want to inform every one "BEWARE AND DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT"
