Testo Rip X Deceptive small print bait and switch orlando Florida

I had ordered a Free 30 trial bottle (and i use that term free very loosely) and was to only pay for shipping and handling at 4.99. Now the fine print did say that if i liked the product, then i would be automatically charged 88.99..This is plainly listed in the ordering page of the website...no big deal.... however i called 2 days after receiving the bottle due to adverse reaction...I only took 1 dose of the pills. I was given a cancellation confirmation number of *****. 12 days later i was still charged 88.99 . And 14 days after that i was charged another 88.99. I called straight away after the 2nd charge( i admit i did not catch the first charge until i saw the second one on my bank statement.) I spoke to a lady by the name of Aisha about my account and that i had cancelled well before the 14 day deadline and would like both charges removed. She told me there was no record of the call and asked if i had a confirmation number..I told her i did, but at the time could not find it..she said they would certainly cancel the subscription as of today and gave me a confirmation number ....of *****, the same cancellation number i was previously given!! I then told her that i would like to speak to a supervisor because this was ridiculous and i WAS going to get my money back. she told me that all supervisors were currently busy, and i stated i would be happy to hold. She then hung up on me..I immediately called back, this time got an operator by the name of angela. I told her i would like to speak to a supervisor. without asking why or anything, she stated that all supervisors follow the same guidelines as everyone and they do not give reimbursements or refunds...I never even said anything other than the fact that i would like to speak to a supervisor because Aisha had hung up on me..i then was abruptly hung up on again....they did both thank me and told me to have a nice day as they hung up though, so i guess that is something.

I did cancel within the required time of 14 days and was still charged, TWICE for something that was supposed to have been cancelled...This is very frustrating, and seeing as how they are NOT BBB accredited, there is not a lot that can be done about this shady company..SO just be careful if you are reading about this company, and don't waste your money..you are better off going to your local supplement store in my opinion.
