Read the Testorial advertisement and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and ordered the product for $4.95 shipping/handling. Product arrived 5 days later. No positive effect all, actually got a headache after taking. E-mailed that I did not want to continue product and wanted a refund.
My Debit card was already billed for $89.99 under the name Vydox. Found a phone number and called them. Only a 14 day trial period from date of order, even though it was not received for 5 days. No ability to track if they received my earlier e-mail cancellation, supposedly.
Finally, after much challenging on deceptive practices was given a RMA # by a Stephen (customer service) for a full refund of $89.99, once received at the Mairtinez, GA. Address. Sending remaining product back, but highly skeptical that this is legit.

After a serious and contentious conversation with their Customer Service, that ended with my threatening to contact the District Attorney and Attorney General for Colorado. The earlier offers of a 25% and a 50% refunds were then finally upgraded to a full refund of the purchase price, but required my shipping back the unused product for $8.95 USPS. The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is pretty close to worthless, unless you're willing to fight through their deflections.
Supposedly no supervisor to escalate, no alternative options for the customer to pursue. No postage or return fees are paid to the consumer. So, this was a $15 cost that was a throw away. The product did nothing perceptable for me, except give me a headache! You only have 10 days to contact for a refund FROM THE ORDER DATE, so in reality I only had a net of 4 days to use.
A totally painful and difficult process that felt like the old Bait & Switch of scam artists. Buyer Beware!!
