I contacted the company to sell diabetic supplies. I was quoted a price of $48.00. I agreed and shipped one box of diabetic test strips and a box of lancets.

There was no Damage to either of the boxes.

I recieved an email stating that because the boxes were damaged the price would be reduced to $21.00 and the payment had been sent. They did not give me the option of taking my supplies back. I ask them to sent a picture of the items. They did send a picture but was not sure if these were my items.

I have the emails confirming the price quoted and the pictures of the damaged boxes. Below is the email that was sent. I was not given the option of having the boxes returned to me.

Hi,

Your shipment has been received and processed. Your payment in full has been sent to you by first class mail. We are in New York so it can take 3 - 7 days for your to receive it in the mail.

• Payment of $21 has been sent to you
• Both boxes you sent in had damage to them.  Payment for each was reduced.  A major part of the 100 count box was missing and the lancet box had some damage to the front of it.
