Texas Big German Shepherds/GSD Ranch Sonia Griffiths Gave assurance of no hip dysplasia but my dog has it Hico Texas

Purchased German Shepherd from Sonia Griffiths in October 2013 after repeated assurances that her dogs are free of hip dysplasia. My family has fallen in love with this dog (Schatzy) and we became concerned when Schatzy developed a slight limp. We took her to our vet who administered a sedative so her hips could be x-rayed. Our hearts were broken when our vet told us Schatzy has moderate to severe hip dysplasia. She is only four years old and is facing years of discomfort and limitation of her normally active life. Our vet explained that she will need medications daily and only other option is hip replacement surgery which normally costs $2500-3000 per hip. We believe we were duped by this breeder and our beloved Schatzy is being cheated out of the life she should have had. I don't want anyone else to suffer the heartbreak we have suffered.
