Texas Custom Roofing Unreasonable or excessive delay to complete work Azle , Texas

My client's insuuer paid Texas Custom Roofing $12,014.45 in October 2011 for roofing repairs. The company said that the repairs would be made the following week, they were not. I called a month or so later and the company assured me that my clients roof would be fixed the following week, it was not. They do not answer the phone regularly, the office manager says to call the owner and he does not call back. When he does answer he has told my client that the work will be done soon and it has not been done. Do not pay this company in advance. They take the money and do not do the work. As of February 2, 2012 the company now says the work will be done by mid February, we will update this report around February 16, 2012.
