Texas Dept. Of Child Protective Services ripoff San Antonio Texas

Texas Dept. of Child Protective Services of San Antonio, Texas do not investigate references that are given.
Some months ago my sons common law wife left him with his 3 children and one child that is hers. They had family problems and she wanted to shock him. Well shock him it did.

Her family did not want them to get back together so her sister in law called CPS and made false accusations with the backing of the rest of her family and accused my son of touching her daughter. CPS talked to my son in their office and they believed the little girl. He gave them references and they to this day have not contacted any of the references that he gave or any of his family.

His wife wants to come back home so they can be a family again and CPS has threatened her by saying they will take all of the children away. She has talked to the District Attorneys Office and told them that it has been her family that is making up lies. Her family has threatened her as well by telling her the same thing and saying that they will make her life a living hell.

We have been working with a Blanca Hernandez, Administrative Assistant at the State Representative Frank Madlas office and CPS will not return her calls.
Can someone please help my son get his family back together again? We miss her and the children so.
