Facts:
I paid in full almost $2300.00 for a couch, wedge and love seat and additional warranty.
Ordered: 3/16/13
Did not get orders in a timley manner as promised. Took several months (5) to get all the pieces.
When I did get them they were damaged. Still waiting on re order or repair. Reported damage in 4-13.
Have called bi weekly and weekly at times to talk to manager (s).
Un returned messages.
Promised delivery dates not kept.
Refund promised of 200.00 since I watied extrememly long to get peices delivered was not kept. New manager (Tony) said that (Roger) left no record of this (Roger said he had spoken to the owner).
Why did I spend so much money and pay up front in full to have this legnthy headache and damaged furniture?
I am now also seeing signs that they are having a "must get rid of all" retirement sale. Don't think it would be a bad thing for San Antonio for both locations to close from the service I have gotten and the similar services I have seen others report in blogs and web traffic (to which I will add).
Stores are also not BBB accredited.
