Texas Home Consulting False claims, calls never returned, paying for what? Dallas Texas

On August 6th 2013 I met with Cody Alexander the so called GSM behind this shady company. I say shady because since the 6th I have paid them a total of 500.00 and have not seen or heard from this company regarding anything they have claimed they said they would be doing for me. Supposedily you pay to join their homeownership program and they help put you in a rental home where you stay and build up good rental history and get your credit restored in the process by working with their team of lawyers and realtors. They say they are not a credit repair company but claim to know how to swamp your credit collectors with paperwork after paperwork until they get tired and just don't respond. Apprarently if the creditor does not respond they are required to remove the negatvie item from your credit report. Sounds good I thought. I did all my research on this compnay I found nothing on BBB, I searched the web for any information on them and found nothing. So I joined. I was hopeful that they were going to help me and my family not rip us off. 

The first 250.00 came out on Aug 7th and when the end of the month comes close and I didn't hear from them. I was okay with it. I figured they were still working on my case. September 5th another 250.00 is taken out of my bank account and now I am getting very annyoed so I emailed called and left voicemails. I finally receive a call from Mr. Alexander and he states the reason his team of relators have not been in touch with me is because they did not have my lesase application and proof of income. I fax over the documents right away thinking I would hear something now or even get a listing of rental homes from them. Nope nothing again by this time I am thinking wow if this company did this to me I wonder how many other people they have run this on. September 18th I just decided to check my online banking WTF!!! 250.00 drafted out of my account by this company again but, this time they did not have authorization to do this. So I get on the phone and immediatley start blowing up all the phone numbers I have listed and emails. Mr Alexander called me back and acted like he was so surprised this happened and that it has only happened one other time. He assured me they would fix the mistake and at this time I was like sure you are. I informed him I already contacted my bank.

What makes me furious is that this man and this so called business are taking advantage of indivuals who aren't rich and are trying to make it. It's just we have to try harder and climb through more hoops. But to claim to help and charge for services you don't keep is WRONG!! I have informed this company I would be filing a complaint with BBB and anyone who would hear me. This company needs to be exposed so they cannot rip off anybody else.
