I called Texas Lending over a month ago and they wasted my time. They were lazy non responsive and when I got upset they started to work on my file. Later after I was approved nothing changed and they decided they just didn't want to help me based on me asking questions and comparing lenders and rates. I called the manager to complain and he must be close to the employee because it became the most odd situation and I was treated so horrible by both employees. No one should ever be treated that way and that's not how business should be ran. There was a lot of confusion and they didn't listen and they appeared to have fun belittling me. So I got another lender and had no issues.

There's not a single shred of truth to this person's complaint.  Honestly, it never fails when you bend over backward for a person they not only don't appreciate it, but they get upset and burn you when you can't actually help them--despite your absolute best efforts.  Look at every other social media review I have.  This is literally the only negative one.

I took this call, I felt for this lady and her child that she claimed to be sick.  I went out of my way to help her get in a position to purchase a house.  It didn't work.  My boss at the time told her that we could not help her, and she has lambasted both of us on every social media platform since.  We've had all but this one taken down because they're blatantly false.

It's just so ironic to me that I try to help this lady and her family, and then she would in turn knowingly and purposefully do something to hurt mine.  I live on my professional reputation.  This is literally the 3rd result that comes up when you Google my name.  It's unfortunate.

As for the meat and bones of her claim, I'm not lazy.  I worked myself into the ground at Texas Lending.  So, much so when I left I took a two month break and traveled out West with my family.

In regard to "they decided they just didn't want to help me based on me asking questions and comparing lenders and rates".  That statement is ubsurd.  Loan officers are commision based employees.  We don't just decide not to help people--for one, it's illegal.  You got denied.  Period.  Now you're upset about it.  I get paid to do loans, not the opposite.

I would love to see proof that you had no issues with another lender.  Do you have a closing disclosure for the house that you purchased shortly after we denied you?

Lastly, in regard to the statement, "they appeared to have fun belittling me".  I can't tell someone how to feel.  If that's somehow true, I'm sorry they felt that way, but Chris Johnson and I did nothing in my estimation to belittle you.  That was never the message we intended to send.  We were just trying to do our jobs, and support our families.  We tried to help your family out, and we got completely burned us.  Thank you.
