 In September 2015 Lona Millican Helm entered my place of business offering Medical Directories Advertising. She is targeting Vapor Stores as there are plenty of us...come to find out she has ripped off 5 other friends from Dallas County to Tarrant County as well. We signed up & paid for quarter page ad. Within leaving our store, it was only 30 minutes before she cashed the check (1st clue). Then looking at the brochure, it was a photocoppied sales brochure that was not near the quality that any professional publication would be (2nd clue). Two days after signing up, I called the phone numbers listed on the brohure which no one answers (3rd clue). Three days later...here are all the rip-off reports! Imagine that?!?? However this woman moves around a lot (typical of a fraudster).
