TEXAS SECURITIES PARTNERS, INC, Greg Rice Lie's and Misrepresentations by representatives working with Northstar Energy to decieve investors Plano Texas

Looks to me like Texas Securities Partners and Northstar Energy were working to decieve investors. I was directed to TSP by Northstar Energy to invest in thw Fire Cat wells, Wade, Bellinger and Williams wells. I was assured these were low risk wells and that Greg Rice and other rep's for TSP would over- state the returns back to investors. Northstar Energy, Larry M. Koonce Director and President had stated to me that TSP had a falling out between them after all these wells had either come up dry or failed for other reasons.
I personally believe he was using this to deflect away from the misrepresentations from Northstar Energy also. How many other investors were ripped off by these 2 companies. They were 0 for 10 wells during the time I was investing.
