This claim that we at Texas State Fence Company did work inside Marks home is false. We are fence, driveway gate, patio cover, and retaining wall company.  The first report shows that he is in Plano. The second claims he is in McKinney. We didnt do work in either city at any of his homes. Mark filed a complaint with the BBB a few years ago also and they dismissed this as it was proven quickly that Mark was never under contract to do business with Texas State Fence. There is no sister company called Outdoor Oasis and no Bill Mcfarland has ever been employed with us. No representative from our company has ever met or done business with Mark. We cant possibly help Mark out because we never met with him, agreed to do any work for him, or had him pay anything to us for any type of service or work. The follow up complaint Mark filed makes me feel bad for him that he is experiencing this kind of treatment from a contractor, however this is a false claim against my company.  His situation touches my heart and my thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.

McFarland has been sending his brother and friends to my house via the golf course acting like they are playing golf (at almost dark, from the women's tee (2nd hole) they throw golfballs at my house breaking a window like it was an accident. (impossible backwards right angle shot at full power) Police do nothing despite my house is the only one in the area to have gotten a broken window. The golf ball was a range ball no one uses on the course. His brother stood there lying about it last summer because he thought I did not know who he was.

They have returned in the last months scratching my windows in the back and side avoiding the front as not to be seen. Again Police can do nothing without catching them in the act.

I have since installed 360 house and Golf range cameras to record any approach or golfer. They had better pray the police get them before I catch them with video witness on my land vandelizing my house. The police adviced me of my rights on my land and house, ...they do not have to break in.

I am terminally ill, he knows it and he knows by staying just outside the law he can torment me and terrorise me causing me to have another stroke. He laughs in the distance while he dupes his brother to come by here with his friends while he stays somewhere in case he needs an alibi. He does not know I know who is brother is and I am waiting for these high school, idiot mentality, rip off jerks to appear on my cameras. He came by last week, stopped at the women's tee like he was going to play, stepped out or the cart as to walk back to my golf open fence to break another window, he saw the cam pointed right at him and got back in the cart without pretending to be playing and drove off in the cart. It is NOT my imgination, my wife sees it also.

This idiot rips me off, steals my money, does damage to my house and health and what did I do to him??????? Does little good to sue him, ...if you can find him, ...he has no money, the situation is far worse than money at this point. He is taxing my life and messing up my house costing me repairs I cannot afford. McFarland, Bill/William McFarland and a Josh McFarland, why does this guy get away with this while the law does nothing???
