He is a con artist, who was convicted of Auto Theft, and two counts of Identity Theft in Oregon under his real name: Ryan Lloyd Brown.

He has hired numerous PC Techs in the greater Houston area.  All of them have either been fired because they have demanded payment for services rendered, or have quit because he does not pay.

He does not pay his contractors. Instead, when a contractor insists on payment, he claims that the contractor stole equipment or parts from him, and threatens them with lawsuits.

HE is a liar, and should not be allowed to do business in the State of Texas.

The person who filed the report was not honest in his posting.  In Texas and throughout the US it is called libel when someone writes untrue statements.  We gave Andy **** the chance to retract his statements over a 72 hour period.  He claimed that he had contacted the owner of this site and the above would be removed.  When asked to forward the email that was sent to him, Andy disappeared.  The truth  needs to be spoken and would  like to tell our side, the truth, to what happened.

Andy **** answered an ad on Craigslist regarding our search for a partner due to the rapid  growth. We had two postings on Craigslist, one paid, and one free.  Andy was interviewed on Friday July 20th, 2012.  As per the ad, the individual would have to have a clean background, a minimum of 30 hours put in a week and there would be a 30 day clause that either party could back out.  This clause was enacted due to the previous prospect not fulfilling the many promises he made.  This was explained to Andy that even though itwas a laid back atmosphere, slacking would NOT be tolerated.  On Monday, July 23rd 2012, Andy was told that he would be brought on and reminded of the 30 day trial.  He was excited and stated that he already started laying out lots of ideas and developing a tool kit for tech.  He was brought on the run the techs. 

July 24th, a 3:00 PM get to know each other meeting with the Vice President of Business Development and one of the techs. The meeting promptly started at 3:00 PM without Andy.  Andy strolled in at 3:30 to his first meeting. Mind you, this was a partner in the company and he is late for his very first meeting .  Andy rarely contributed in this meeting and one he did speak, it was to cut off the VP.  As a company that strives for a peaceful culture, this immediately change the tone and flow of conversations.  Doubt started to creep in at that point. 

After that meeting the background reports on the new team members where delivered.  It was at this time it was discovered that Andy hadn't been completely honest, notice a theme here, about his background.  It was discovered that Andy **** had two DWI's in Harris Count Texas.  I state Harris County as that was the only county that was searched, it can't be said if there are more out there or not.  Unfortunately the partnership required a lot of travel on company time while representing the company.  Due to strict insurance requirements, it was decided that it would not be in the best interest of the company to move forward with him in the capacity of a general partner.

However, as Christians, everyone deserves a chance.  Andy was bragging about how he was the king of SEO.  He claimed that his sites corptravel.us and cheertrips.com which is actually a consignment site for HotelPlanner.com, was ranking well within Google, although a search for his keywords didn't result on the first page.  In a text message, he promised to have his SEO magic worked and the company's website would be completed that night.  Sadly, it wasn't.  He emailed the following day and claimed that he was sick the night before with a cough and that he was overdosed on Dayquil and ready to start.  The pattern of falling through on his word was noticed.  Once again it was felt that Andy was someone that was promising the moon but wasn't getting out of the atmosphere.  At that time, his email account was disabled and all emails where archived.  The account was then deleted.  An email was sent that read:

"Andy, I dont feel like this is going to work out, perhaps too much was expected.  Wish you the best in all that you do in the future.  Best of Luck,"

After that, Andy, perhaps in a drunken anger, decided to post his side of what happened.  He claimed that the company was fictitious yet was at corporate twice and met the employees. He claims that he never saw any business yet was in a meeting where several jobs and goals were discussed.  He even asked questions to a tech about the areas he was serving. To top it off, his business cards were ordered and so was his company apparel. (See pictures).

His last claim was that the owner was a con man.  That statement makes no sense.  Andy entered into this agreement willing.  He was let go TWO days after joining the company.  Any smart person that reads this and his post would ask, "What was the con"?  Andy fails to mention that NO money was asked for in return for the partnership.  The only condition was 30 hours a week and to be able to show results.  It only took two days to figure him out and to quickly rid the company of him.

Lastly, it shows what type of person Andy **** is by the image he chose to post here.  Out of several if not hundreds of pictures of the owner and the company that could of been posted, this sick individual decides to post a picture of an 18 month old child. This violates an innocent precious little girl.  His careless and thoughtless actions have dragged an innocent victim into the cold hard world of thiswebsite.  You had no rights to post a picture of a MINOR that you didn't take nor had the permission to use.  This is a child for God's sake Mr. ****! I pray that you aren't a parent, if you are, it shows just what kind of a parent you are. Clearly the evidence throughout your posting and this one shows you aren't a stable individual.  You have set out to seek revenge against a person's livelihood and his family. 

I would advise any future employers, future clients of Andy ****, NOT to associate yourself with him.  You may think of booking your cheerleader group travel with him.  You can see exactly what you will be getting into if you hire him and have to let him go. You may even see pictures of your child posted on the internet. You could expect for your privacy to be violated, your children's pictures to be used and posted, you can expect to be slandered and libeled, you can expect to
be stalked as well.  Andy was told not to trespass on company grounds, nor access our servers. Just today the server logs caught his IP on our servers again. He was issued a cease and desist email on Friday, July 27th, 2012, yet still pushes on.

Andy, the guess is you are reading this.  I hope you take some advice.  This matter needs to be laid to rest and you need to move on with your life.  The SEO of this site is unbelievable.  The more replies the stronger the s****.> especially from this site.  The only negative things posted are those from someone in the past and that of someone who actually apologized after he made the same mistake as you did, but at least he was a man and apologized for losing his temper and letting his anger dictate his actions.  It is time to be accountable for your choices you made in the short two days you were involved with the company.  At the end of the day, you only have yourself to be angry with and if you had stepped up and assumed and earned the % promised, this post would have never happened. Please just move on.
