Texoma Neurology Does not return phone calls, does not follow up on lab work, inaccurate diagnosis McKinney Texas

Terrible customer service, horrible bed side manners, gets upset when you want REAL answers, not generic. Doesn't follow up on lab work. Told me my MRI came back fine, but when I read my visit summary, it stated bones in my neck are pressing on my spinal chord. 

I'm no doctor, but I'm pretty sure that may be a cause to my leg numbness, tingling. But apparently its not a big deal, cause he didn't even mention it. I had to call the lab for all my results, because the office "never got them" however, hospital stated they faxed 3 times. 

They didn't run insurance properly, and aren't sure how that got missed. They gave out personal medical opinions and problems to a friend of mine, who was not authorized to have any info. I'm sure that's against HIPPA laws.

There front desk lady chews gum and sits up front barefoot. Very unprofessional.

I would not recommend anyone at this facility.
