I sent my textbook to this company with the expectation of cash back but instead i got a notice confirming they recieved my book and that payment would not be sent. In addition, if I wanted my book back i would have to pay $10.00.

They claim that a manual sheet was missing and that payment would not be sent.
I never opened the book or CD package, everthing that was included in my purchase , i sent to them.
So i asked them if they would reduce the price.They said no because the book is no longer valuable. How can a Brand New book and CD not be valuable. Then I asked for the return of the book. TEXTBOOKWHEEL.COM said only if i paid $10.00 for shipping and handling and other fees.
I sent this book to them through the regular postal service which only cost me the price of a stamp. I would think a company would be able to return an item in the same manner they recieved it, but NO they must use UPS overnight service to send my book back and even then it doesn't cost $10.00.

To make a long story short.. they recieved a FREE BOOK and I recieved got nothing but a headache.
