Do you think as a reputable company it is okay to, Block a chat operator off of your Skype account's and block them from services which they are using with no sign or reason as to why they have been blocked off of a service? Surely as a reputable company everyone has the right's to be told as and why they are being blocked from using your services as a chat operator and you should grant a reply to them as to why? Instead of leaving someone in the lurch. Hardly fair is it.

Helen Simpson and her army of thieves are con-artist. I worked for them for free I guess. Those men they are conning is awful. There is a special place in the fire for them all. Britishsexcontact is not real it is a fake money machine. 

Text121 will quite hpily reduce your rate of pay when they feel like it. If you become a moderator your pay rate is 6p per text but if you decide to downgrade to a normal op your texts that have already been done will revert to normal op rate Of 3p. Regardless of the fact you as a moderator have to work three hour shifts and then write a report after, also you are required to get 200 texts in that three hour shift. so how it's deemed fair to reduce the rate per text is disgraceful, if they were just doing what a normal op does then fair enough but they don't, they do more! Any wish to s***k money from people they will do it. They even charge £1 to put money directly into your bank account when they pay your wages! loads of negative reviews and all for good reason too.

I'm an ex worker here and either you read something into the contracts that wasn't there or assumed the rules wouldn't apply to you.  I have worked for them twice and wish they would hire me back again. I've begged Jen to hire me back since I quit twice but no go for me. Yet I'm still here defending them if that tells you anything.

I was never "not paid". I was never even paid late, always on time and most months the early end of the scale. I only had one instance where pay was late (my fault with bank info). When I contacted them, it was taken care of in less than 24 hours.

 The rules and pay scales are upfront in your contracts before you go live, the staff have always been helpful in any way they can. One month, I had some internet and time issues, came up just a few short of my contracted goal and they paid me anyway. I fully expected to be let go (locked out - says it right in your contract)  but Lorna, Helen and Jen decided otherwise.  Could it have been I worked when the que was backlogged and they texted for help? Maybe because I followed the rules ( It's not rocket science) and kept my eye out for the companies best interest? Maybe it's because I actually have a work ethic and didn't think I was going to get rich or support my family working an hour a day??   

You're fully made aware of what you are getting into before they even train you, so what are you complaing about??  You knew and now cause you're ticked off it wasn't the easy money you thought it was or you couldn't fufill your contract, it's their fault??  You may be sitting home in your pj's with a baby bouncing on your lap but it IS a business and without rules and structure on the corporate end, they wouldn't be around for very long. These ladies not only take care of the considerable adminstrative part of this company but they are right there in the trenches with their contractors on a daily basis working the que as well.

This company is legit I've been paid for 6 yrs now by them, never once have I not been paid, but then again I do my work, I meet my minimums and don't spend my time complaining about the company which does take time away from working if you ask me lol.

I'm sorry to the original poster that seems to have gotten their feelings bruised a bit but you do have to realize that work means just that work and if you aren't willing to do the work then you have to be willing not to be paid. When you sign a contract no matter what the rules of the services are you signed a contract for text121 that stated you would have to make the minimum of 5000 messages per month not 4,999 and that if you didn't make the minimum you wouldn't be paid that nothing rolls over this has always been the case from the time I started 6 yrs ago, I on the other hand took that serious and made sure that I always did over the minimum a month then there was not if ands or buts I knew I would be paid.

Thank you the ones that are here to tell the world that Text121 is an awesome company because they are and they are fair and they just want to help mothers and fathers stay home with their children. The ones that post s**t about the company they are EX-CONTRACTORS and usually when you see EX in the name that means bitterness. Although it seems that they are more bitter because this is a job from home and I don't think they would have been near as bitter if they were fired from Wal-mart maybe thats where you should go and work at least there if your cat napping during work its hard for you to lie about that.

Point is if Text121Chat was a scam, and liars and all that, then WHY would they post their contract on their website for everyone to see I mean that would be pretty stupid, and how can a company that has been in business for 10 yrs be a scam, another stupid point from the original poster lol

Remember to the ones that are bitter towards text121 that bitterness will make you old before your time so smile and put your big boy and girl pants on and move on just like we all have to in the real world.

Lastly I would like to thank the owners of Text121Chat for 6 yrs of a wonderful opportunity that I plan on continuing and my children have enjoyed having me raise them rather then some daycare and for that I will always be grateful and so will my children. 

I have worked for Text121Chat for years and have always been paid, always made more than $600, always been treated fairly and appreciate the fact that I can work from home and be with my kids.  I had to write a rebuttal to this because I'm shocked at what these other people are saying.  The only conclusion I can make  is that they didn't read the contract they were signing, didn't put any effort into the job and are lashing out because of their own incompetence?

This job is what you put into it, if you aren't willing to put in 100%, then don't expect things handed to you. All you need to do is read what's given to you, follow rules, work to meet your targets and enjoy your wages. I'm not sure what's so hard about that?

It is :) It states that Text121 has been in business since 2004, and BBB file opened in 2006. So, this company has been on file with them for nearly 7 years now, and they have an A+ rating.

I've worked for Text121 for many years. I follow the rules, I always meet my minimum, and I always make pay out. I also make more than $600. 

For those that are reading this, Text121 is not a scam. Will you get rich? No. But it is a legitimate company. Those complaining had either did not adhere to the rules, did not meet the minimum required texts, and are now upset, which is no fault to Text121.

You will see under payment it states that if the minimum is not met, it does NOT roll over into the next month.  It IS important that a contract is read fully and understood before agreeing to it

So if the company is so legit why is it not listed with the BBB?  Why is it that several people who have been lured into working for this company get the same terrible treatment?  Oh and as for going to the owners directly that HAS been done be myself and others that used to work for the company and you get answers like "Oh honey I'm a Boss, I don't deal with that" - so if you do not like being called a liar and a cheat, which I have every right to express my opinion and do based on my experience which has been shared by others, then change your ways.  

Actions speak louder than words.  I was not the first person to say Text121 is a scam and I certainly will not be the last.  So in regards to getting facts straight, how about addressing every complaint that has been posted against the company and making things right with all those people.  Perhaps the report posted above stung more than the others; so be it!  People working from home are trying to WORK not be taken advantage of.  The staff is rude and they do not respond to anything right away unless they are trying to tell you what you did wrong or what you need to do for THEM.

On top of that when reading the messages to the very angry customers that have no idea why they are getting messages from this service and do NOT want messages from the service for the most part, the grammar and diction is the worst!  Then email is sent saying "make sure you send quality messages" yet those who do not so much as get a thank you.  Nonsense is sent to these poor saps who are getting messages against their will and the "operators" are told to string these people along and get as much out of them as possible.  

Unless the person strait up says they are underage or do not want to get messages any longer the operators continue to message the person and make money for Text121 which is NOT honest business.   If honest business isn't happening with the customers how can one logically expect honest business is happening with the sweat shop workers - I mean operators?  

I agree the contract is shoddy, the management is sub par and the manual is a farce.  For anyone who is thinking of working for this company DO NOT do it.  I agree with the original statement of flipping burgers, work at a liquor store, walk dogs, just don't work for this company.  Scour the internet and look for positive reviews of this company - they are few and far between but negative reviews and rip off reports are plentiful! So, how about those facts? What say you to that? 

I have just read the report from this individual regarding Text121 being a scam. The information he provided is not true and gives no proof to substantiate his claims.

 He states,""it doesn't matter if you send 2000 or 2000000 messages in a month don't look for any type of check". The fact is, Text 121 has a monthly  minimum quota for messages set at 5000. 

So if he only produced 2000 for the month he failed to reach the required quota and as it states in the contract this individual signed, failure to reach the minimum quota, no pay will be issued.

 I have worked for Text 121 for a few years and can honestly say the management, Lorna, Helen, and the rest of the staff are upstanding people. They are honest, fair and positively stand by the contract they provide all self-employed contractors for the company. 

 I have never experienced any issues this person is writing about.  If this individual read the contract thoroughly and followed directions he would understand what is needed to succeed at Text 121.

 It has been my experience that with hard work, dedication, and commitment to work the hours needed to reach the quota, you can earn good money. Thank you and I assure you, Text 121 is a reputable company.

text chat 121 is a scam, they scam their customers, they scam their employees, here in the philippines, they told us to make 5000 a month as qouta, but when the end of the month is approaching they make up bullshit rules that does'nt come in the contract or that piece of paper they call a "contact". helen, leah, jen, tina, shannon, etc. i hope you ladies burn in hell! by the way are you really women? coz you let men chat with horny customers acting as hot women, so i don't know what you really are. you guy's are really bad, and may God have mercy on your soul!

Can i just point out the following :-

1. All contracts are not rubbish and if indeed you stand by the contract that you should have read before signing you WILL get paid. I should know i do the invoices every month.

2. I abhour being called a liar a cheat or a thief. I have run this company alongside Lorna for over 10 years now and if you stick to everything you have been sent and signed you will find we are above fair. It has also been know that those loyal operators receive perks to help them out in bad situations.

3. If you had a grievance with any of my staff this is the first i have heard of it and if you had come to the horses mouth.

4. Text121Chat do not have their own customers we are purely a fulfilment service and deal with others traffic.

5. Flip burgers or work from home - make you own mind up but do not slander my company without stating every fact possible and backing up your claim.
