Textbooksrus.com Bogus Return Policy Ripped Off Broke College Student Columbus Ohio

Ignored by customer service since the day I placed me order. I purchased a book and it come in fine condition and on time HOWEVER I dropped my class and therefore no longer needed the book. Good thing they have such a great return policy!

"Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from TextbooksRus.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Yes, it's that simple!"

NOT!

Their return policy would be great if they actually kept up their end of the bargain. Customer service is a recording that you can't even leave a message on because the mailbox is over capacity limit. I tried filling out a return request online but they have conveniently made that have a glitch where you can never actually complete the request.

Since the return policy is 14 days - the real policy is ignoring the customers until the 14 days has past... I am a broke college student and would NEVER use this site again. I am out my $100 for the book and really bummed. I can't believe that Textbooksrus.com would actually rip-off students like me. What a scam.
