don't you stand up and identify yourself and identify these pretend
customers. We work extremely hard to ensure every customer is taken care
of. Are we perfect....absolutely no....and we never will be. We assist
in hands-on learning and simple mistakes can happen, human error always
exist.......but if we find someone has had a mistake or a communication
error.....we bend over backwards to make up for and extend their free
process as long as it takes.

Now please.....identify yourself so
we can legitimately resolve your real issue. I am not sure if you were
hurt and let go by one of our referring companies and you are trying to
find a way to lash out....but it isn't us who have hurt you. My direct

complaints.....so I really only have 7 complaints in 12 years! Where are
the other 50, 100, 500, 1000 complaints I should have if people were

My wife paid $699 for a crap e-book that was not written buy this guy Mcinnis. Most importantly my wife got zero support from a non existent support staff. Her calls were never answered and her emails were not responded to for days . It is pretty simple, this company TFC2010 or the Fulfillment Center aka Bruce McInnis takes customers money and then doesn't properly service the accounts.
