Thanks you to all who participated in these reports for Cydcor. You not only saved me from wasting 6-8 hours time, gas & lunch on a scam, you saved my reputation and wallet.

Like many people in today's job market, I lost my job several months ago and need to pay bills. I just drove 84 miles roundtrip for a 5 minute interview with Lauren M Siegle, president of TFI Solutions in WPB. Actually, I found several jobs under a few names for the same company but went for it anyway thinking there may be several openings.

The job application confirmation was emailed to me as follows:

I received an email from Leslie Schmalzle HR Manager and before I could return the call the next day, I got another call from her. I set an interview appointment with her, confirmed it again in writing as requested, then got another call 2 hours before my interview to confirm again. (Either they are very professional and appear to be insecure or they had many no shows. )

When I arrived I was asked to fill out a brief application, no details, and wait for Lauren. The room was ok, little dark but clean, pleasant receptionist. Main thing was the "music" like you hear from a drive by teenager in a low rider. I thought maybe they get energized from this crap (subjective) & definately not played in previous professional offices where I worked. I found it annoying, unprofessional and distracting.

The interview with Lauren was so brief and she only asked me where I see myself in a few years and did not ask about what my experience was or how it appied to this position. I never met or saw Leslie. When I asked about the pay range of $32K-$45K, Lauren told me the base was $28K with the management training 9-12 months. The next step, if chosen, I get a phone call between 5-6 pm tonight to set up 2nd interview, a road trip with a Sr Sales rep.
I felt uncomfortable with the entire process, that I decided to google this company and its players.

Since NOV 2002- May 15, 2009, there are 428 RIP OFF reports on this company, averaging 61 complaints per year. With more than 200 private companies in 36 states and Canadian provinces, Cyndor has expanded market coverage of 12% annually. The CEO is Gary A Polson, a lawyer grad from UC Berkely and Jim Majeski, president have spear headed this marketing model where the liability lies with the TFI of the country. Locally, I found 2 companies in Doral at the same address: 1 in Feb 2008 is Forward Business Concepts , now called Enterprise Solutiosn Firm in 4-2009. New owner?

As I read these reports where names of branches were changed, AT&T dropped down as a client for excessive complaints about the outsourced practices.

If there are any attorneys who are looking for a research assistant, please send a contact email where I may contact you. I am truthful and thorough and no matter what happens with Cydcor ....be very careful who get into bed with. This could cost you your reputation...not just your direct money but future cash flow for life.
SAY NO to SCAM EMPLOYERS...
