I really thought this company was a good deal. They sell ink cartridges for most printers at a very reasonable rate. I used them in the past and did get my product after several communications with and waiting much longer than promised. But I thought I would try them again after Christmas and ordered 5 cartridges from them. After a month of waiting, unanswered emails as well as unanswered phone calls I began to get really concerned. I finally contacted my credit card company and I am disputing the charges. I reported this to TFP Ink and immediately got a response from them. Surprise surprise. They say they have shipped my package and because of the bad weather maybe it has been delayed.Give me a break. It doesn't take a month to get here from Tennessee. Needless to say I will be buying my cartridges from a different company in the future. Buyer beware.
