I was researching info on funding for a business I would like to start. I came upon www.thegrantassitant.com. They offered a free information packet and 15 days of access to their website.
I never received my packet and actually forgot about the company until it appeared on my credit card statement. I immediately contacted them letting them know I never received my promised materials and subsequently never logged onto their site.
They canceled my subscription, promised me another CD free of charge and refused my requested refund. That was May 2007. I have still not received anything from them; they refuse my refund and have ceased communicating with me.
I wish I was aware of Ripoff Report prior to my encounter with The Grant Assistant.
