I ordered a shirt from TGW.com back in March, and i never recieved the order. The first 10-12 days i just thought it was delayed, but after a month of not recieving my ordered i emailed TGW.com to tell them i never recieved my shirt. They told me that the order had been shipped, so to wait, and then contact UPS to issue a refund. I waited, and the shirt never came, so i emailed TGW.com again to tell them to contact UPS, "do whatever you got to do," to get me my refund.

Several Months later, and a different customer service contact, emailed me to let me know that my refund had been issued on june 26th. 10 days later, i checked with my bank, no refund was seen in my statment. I ordered my shirt back in March, its almost half way through July... how long does it take to issue a refund, let alone complete an order. TGW.com has lost my business forever! And I want my money back, i'm a college student, need everything i can get- especially when its rightfully mine. I was lied to, ignored for months, and never reimbursed. Someone help me, i don't know what else to do.

I realize it has been a very long time since your report, but I also have purchased from the company myself without complication. I have spoken to people who had some issues with shipment of products though, a standard UPS claim can take anywhere in the neighborhood of 8-10 weeks to process and complete. I is my understanding that UPS does their own internal investigation to check if the claim is valid and decided weither or not they are at fault, the company (TGW) would have no choice except to wait until the claim is processed and completed. I believe this to be true for any company (or individual) who ships via UPS or so I have been told. At the end of the claim time, UPS makes a decision to honor the customers claim and refund the lost item, or deny the claim and send it back to the company to deal with. I would like to know if you have ever seen your refund or if it is still not processed, I have names of individuals who are employed at the company (not the ones listed in your report) who I believe to be of good character. I have never been ignored or forgotten about, I am not telling you this to upset in anyway or brag. I just want to help. I feel you have been jaded as a former consumer of TGW by reps that should rightfully be ashamed of themselves, please let me know if your still waiting for a solution. I am willing to share helpful information..
