TH professional and medical collections LTD Professional and Medical Disrespectful,arrogant,scam Peoria, Illinois

This company is so disrespectful and arrogant. They are a medical collection agency that trys to force people on charity and public aid medical cards to pay bills that they dont even owe.

This Mellisa called me three times in one day demanding a forty five dollar payment for a bill with central illinois radiology that was covered by a state medical card. She was very pushy. I informed her that i have idpa coverage for the date of service and asked her to remove from my credit report. She claimed she is not going to remove it and that idpa must have denied my claim. I told her thats impossible because they pay all my medical bills including xrays. Someone in the background asked her to come here.

She quietly wispered "as soon as i get this bottom feeder off the phone" i told her i heard what she said... She then yelled Pay Your Bills and slammed the phone down. This place is a disrespectful chop shop type collection agency and needs to ne investigated. Its been a month and a half since the call and the forty five dollar debt is still on my credit report and this company calls me everyday. I need a consumer protection attorney to help me get this off my credit.
