Two months ago, I ordered the Thane 5 in 1 steam mop, as sold from a TV infomercial. The mop arrived in less
than a week. While the mop works as advertized, the TV commercial is a "Fraud" at best and a "Bait & Switch"
masterpiece. On that commercial, it shows all the parts that come with the mop. However, you will not get
everything shown on the infomercial. The garment attachment is missing. When I called Thane customer
service, I was informed that they no longer supply the garment attachment, and I must use the window cleaning
tool as a garment steaming tool as well. This will not work, as the window cleaning tool has a rubber squeegee & keeps
the tool from making contact with the fabric. If they are not supplying the garment tool, they need to redo the infomercial
or, tell you that it is no longer available. They did not do that with me, and we are locked in a fierce e-mail war at this time.
Buyer beware, Thane 5 in 1 steam mop's TV infomercial is misleading, and a "Bait & Switch" fraud on the public.
